About Megan Girard
As your therapist, my priority is to cultivate a trusting relationship with you. As partners, we will discuss your unique set of emotional needs and create a tailored plan of care. I employ techniques from all approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Motivational Interviewing (MI) and solution-focused therapy. I work with children/families, adolescents and adults dealing with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, grief, anger and relationship disturbances.
