About Max Gorfinkel

My name is Max, and I am passionate about mental healthcare as well as serving individuals in need! I completed my bachelor of arts in psychology and I have a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Central Florida. I am currently working toward becoming an LCSW, and I have experience in conducting therapy as it relates to child welfare and psychiatric medical settings.

I am dedicated to creating a safe and empathetic environment that fosters healing and personal growth, while utilizing evidence-based techniques and a client-centered perspective to empower individuals to overcome challenges and achieve high emotional health. My aim is to help patients develop the necessary tools and skills to be successful in their lives.

When not working in the field, I enjoy watching movies, surfing, and traveling to new places! I look forward to meeting you and working with you toward your goals.
