About Mary Marello

My name is Mary and I am an integrative therapist and registered clinical social work intern with a Master’s degree from the University of Central Florida. My therapeutic approach is flexible, collaborative, and rooted in creating a safe, affirming space for growth. I’m passionate about building authentic connections and believe healing happens when we feel truly seen and heard. I utilize several therapeutic modalities, including ACT, DBT and CBT, depending on the client’s individual needs and preferences. I believe our differences make us beautiful, and always see the client through a positive, strength-based lens. Outside the office, you’ll often find me exploring nature, traveling to new places, or spending quality time with my family.
