Margaret Barrow
Vice President of Operations
Margaret “Meg” Barrow is a nurse practitioner and operational leader passionate about creating exceptional patient experiences through compassionate care and operational excellence. She views healthcare much like a well-orchestrated production—where strong systems, aligned teams, and thoughtful leadership allow providers to perform at their very best.
Meg earned her Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Nursing from Drexel University in Philadelphia and began her career as a neurotrauma critical care nurse at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. She later graduated with honors from Georgetown University with her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner before earning her post-master’s Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification from Florida State University.
After moving to Florida with her family, Meg joined Elite DNA Behavioral Health in 2018 as a newly graduated nurse practitioner. Through her dedication to clinical care, mentorship, and leadership, she advanced from Mentor to Regional Psychiatry Lead and now serves as Vice President of Operations.
Outside of work, Meg is a proud mother of two young daughters, an unapologetic musical theater enthusiast, and a lifelong “geek” with a deep appreciation for learning, creativity, and a well-organized spreadsheet. She believes kindness is never a weakness, optimism is contagious, and that both healthcare and leadership work best when people feel genuinely seen, supported, and valued.
