I’m Kenzie as a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern I am passionate about supporting individuals and families through their healing journeys with authenticity and evidence-based care while tailoring each session to meet the unique needs and strengths of my clients. My approach to therapy is person-centered while drawing on modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices. I have experience in working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, self-harm, body dysmorphia and eating/nutrition concerns.
