About Lynette Griffin
I received my Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of North Florida in 2024. As an associate therapist, I am passionate about fostering a safe space for individuals to receive support and develop the necessary tools to successfully navigate through their journey. I use an integrative approach that is based on the patient’s needs and their strengths to assist them with achieving their treatment goals. This includes aspects of, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused approaches.
