About Liza Houellemont

My approach is very client-centered and collaborative. I draw from multiple theories using integrative style of therapy and see what works best for you. I am compassionate, yet assertive, and I will challenge you when time comes. Healing always involves some discomfort, but you will not be alone with it.

With couples, we will work on improving communication and the ability to relay one’s needs and in return hear another partner. We will also identify habits and patterns that no longer work and uncover underlying emotions that sustain them.

With individuals, I will help you with your growing edge, whether it is to find joy where there were none, find peace when there was only chaos, or find oneself, where there was only room for others.

I am honored to accompany my clients alongside their journey and see them heal and flourish into better versions of themselves — to see their health, relationships and overall well-being improved.
