About Lindsey Mecham

Lindsey Mecham is a dedicated Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern with a background as a Certified Recovery Peer Specialist. She specializes in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, grief, and depression, and is continuing to expand her expertise in women’s mental health and trauma. Lindsey is known for her genuine empathy, gentle humor, and ability to build strong, trusting connections that help clients feel safe, supported, and comfortable being vulnerable. Lindsey uses a variety of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and person-centered therapy that are tailored to the individual to help them develop practical skills and explore their experiences at their own pace. She believes in a collaborative, strengths-based approach that honors each client’s unique story and strives to meet individuals exactly where they are, walking alongside them toward healing, resilience, and meaningful change.
