Facing our psychological needs is not always an easy task but it is an incredibly important one. My role would be to provide a safe space for you to discuss your emotions and support you in achieving your goals.
I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, couples, and families seeking support in depression, anxiety, stress-management, and relationship concerns.
My treatment approach is collaborative and I work from several evidence based treatment modalities including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to treatment and I am committed to finding a therapeutic style that will best serve your unique needs and experiences.
