I’m a psychotherapist who works with adolescents and adults, helping them navigate life’s challenges and discover new ways to grow and heal. My approach is holistic, I believe in the mind-body connection and in the power of words to create change and meaning in our lives. In my work, I use a blend of evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way of your peace and help you build the tools and insight to move forward with confidence and self-compassion.
