About Laren Nease

Hi there, I’m Laren! As an Associate Therapist with Elite DNA, I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment so I can connect with you, no matter where you are in life. Celebrating diversity and what makes clients unique, including LGBTQ+ identities, is a passion of mine!

I am dedicated to providing affirming support to multicultural individuals, fostering an inclusive therapeutic environment where everyone feels valued and understood. I utilize a strength-based, client-centered approach as I believe that you are the captain of your own journey, and I am here to help you create and navigate your path. I like to use approaches informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.

While I love working with all ages, my primary experience has been with young adults and adults who are navigating career exploration, life issues, relational issues, and identity exploration. I consider my approach to be positive, empowering, and love to integrate the therapeutic use of humor to create a supportive and engaging environment for my clients. I look forward to meeting you!
