When you enter counseling with me, you receive services intended to help you feel comfortable, safe, and understood throughout each step of the therapeutic process. It is essential to me that every person I engage with, whether in the office or via telehealth, understands that you are a priority, that your needs are important, and that you are not alone. I will be there to walk alongside you, providing support and guidance and the comfort and space you need to work on the changes you hope to see. I earned my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling and currently work with all populations, holding additional experience in treating adolescents, young adults, and adults. As an LMHC in Florida, I utilize evidence-based strategies in treating mood and behavioral concerns or disorders while ensuring treatment is always tailored best to meet the patients’ personal and individualized needs. I believe that everyone has the ability and potential to make changes. I look forward to the opportunity of helping and watching you succeed and grow.
