About Krista Naughton

I am passionate about helping others navigate the human experience by utilizing a person-centered approach. I strive to connect with others and build a strong rapport to alleviate the anxiety that seeking mental health services can induce. I work with clients of all ages with a particular focus in depression, anxiety, life transitions and grief.

I have experience working with individuals and their loved ones living with chronic, terminal and critical illness. My goal is to validate your experiences, provide you with the necessary tools and empower you to not only live your life, but enjoy it.
