About Kirsten Randolph
As an Associate Therapist, I bring a blend of clinical training, professional insight, and life experience that shapes my warm, client-centered approach. I provide counseling and supportive services to individuals navigating a wide range of challenges, with a focus on helping clients build resilience, develop meaningful coping skills, and feel empowered to find the strengths within themselves to problem-solve life’s obstacles.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years in operations, communications, and organizational management across both corporate and small-business settings. These experiences helped me learn how to listen deeply, understand different perspectives, and stay grounded in stressful situations – skills that now influence the way I support my clients.
Community service has also played a meaningful role in my life. Through mentoring, volunteer leadership, and involvement in school, church, and charitable programs, I’ve seen how connection and steady support can make a real difference in people’s lives.
My goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where clients feel comfortable, understood, and empowered on their path toward emotional well-being.
