About Kimberly Dunn

I’m Kimberly Dunn, RMHC-I. I’m a registered mental health therapist with more than five years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, stress, or life transitions, I’m here to help. I specialize in Forensics/Criminology, Women’s health up to but not excluding Maternal Mental Health and LGBTQ+ Mental Health.

My goal is to provide you with a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. I understand that taking the first step toward therapy can be daunting, but I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey to healing. I specialize in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and several other modalities and interventions to tailor my approach to meet your unique needs. I have an eclectic approach, as “one size does not fit all.”

The therapeutic relationship is the foundation of effective therapy, and I strive to build a strong, trusting connection with each of my clients. Together, we can work toward achieving a greater sense of well-being and fulfillment in your life. I am a graduate with a B.S. in Social Services, a Master’s degree of Science in Counseling and presently pursing a Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology.
