I am so glad you are taking the step to seek counseling or even considering seeking counseling. I am committed to fostering a safe space for all clients to come express themselves with no judgment and embrace their authentic self. Also, I am strengths based which means I like to focus on the things you can do rather than what you believe you can not do. It is my belief that you have everything within you to succeed in the difficulties that life sometimes offers. Through counseling we can explore the things within in you that can help you overcome life’s challenges. My therapeutic approach to counseling is using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT).
