About Kevin Lazar

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals facing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stress-related concerns, and other mental health challenges. I believe patients should feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their treatment, and I strive to create a supportive environment where they can speak openly and work toward meaningful progress.

My approach is individualized and focused on the whole person, not just a diagnosis. I work collaboratively with patients to develop practical treatment plans that support symptom improvement, daily functioning, and long-term wellness.

I began my nursing education at Galen College of Nursing and went on to earn my BSN, MSN, and Post-Master’s PMHNP Certificate from Purdue Global University.

I am committed to building strong therapeutic relationships and providing care grounded in trust, clinical integrity, and genuine support.
