About Kerri Evans
Kerri is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She earned her Master of Social Work from The Catholic University of America. Kerri began her career working with children, adults and families in a community mental health agency that was partnering with a department of children and families; with the goal of family preservation. Kerri has assisted children and adults in the community mental health system who needed support and connection to community services.
Kerri also has extensive experience working with the elderly and their families in the medical arena; including working as a Hospice Social Worker. Kerri has experience working with age related concerns, grief, depression, anxiety, trauma and working with couples. Kerri believes in the inherent strengths of each individual and the right for self-determination. She is a strong advocate for her patient’s rights and works to assist her patients through a strengths based perspective.
