About Kaitlyn Schwartz
I obtained my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida in sociology and went on to earn a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Oklahoma. With a passion for assisting individuals of all ages facing diverse challenges such as anxiety, ADHD, and life transitions, I am dedicated to providing nonjudgmental support tailored to each client’s unique journey.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in Person-Centered Therapy, where I prioritize creating a safe and empathetic space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions freely. I integrate elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to examine the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, fostering effective coping strategies. Additionally, I incorporate techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients embrace acceptance and mindfulness in their pursuit of personal growth. My goal is to meet you where you are and empower you to achieve your therapeutic goals.
