About Joud Haj Mohammad

I attended the University of South Florida where I obtained my B.A in Psychology and my Master’s degree in Social Work. I have a passion for supporting individuals across all stages of life and believe in meeting you where you are. I’m here to support you through a wide range of challenges, specializing in anxiety, panic disorders, depression, family issues, and acculturation struggles. My approach is integrative, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness techniques to help you navigate life’s challenges and achieve your personal goals.

My goal is to create a safe and collaborative space where you can truly feel heard and understood. I believe in working together to develop practical solutions to support your personal growth. It is a privilege to be a part of your journey, and I am honored to support you in achieving a more balanced and fulfilling life!
