Jonathan Levy
Legal and Compliance Counsel
Jonathan serves as Compliance and Legal Counsel for Elite DNA Behavioral Health, where he oversees the organization’s legal and regulatory framework to ensure operational alignment with applicable laws and healthcare standards. His work enables providers to focus on delivering high-quality care while he manages legal complexities, policy development, and compliance strategy.
Prior to joining Elite DNA, Jonathan practiced law as a prosecutor with the State Attorney’s Office, handling a broad range of misdemeanor and felony cases. He became a member of the Florida Bar in 2020 after earning his Juris Doctorate from Barry University School of Law. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Florida in Gainesville.
