About Jocelin McCloud
Hello, I’m Jocelin McCloud, a dedicated Associate Therapist passionate about helping families heal and thrive. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Family & Child Sciences from Florida State University and completed my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Touro University Worldwide. I am now pursuing my PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy, where my focus is on deepening my expertise in family systems, adolescent development, and intergenerational healing.
My passion lies in supporting families as they navigate conflict, strengthen bonds, and break cycles of dysfunction. Whether you’re experiencing parent-child tensions, relationship challenges, or navigating complex issues such as divorce, custody disputes, or generational trauma, I create a safe space where you can feel understood and supported.
In therapy, I help clients set goals that foster empathy, improve communication, and rebuild trust. My approach is grounded in family systems theory and attachment theory, with an emphasis on recognizing and reshaping attachment patterns that impact relationships across generations. I provide practical strategies to enhance resilience and create lasting change.
I believe that with the right tools and guidance, no obstacle is too great to overcome. If you’re seeking a therapist who will meet you with compassion, insight, and evidence-based strategies, I invite you to begin this journey with me. Together, we can build stronger, healthier, and more fulfilling relationships.
