I’m Jessica, and I am eager to connect with you. As a therapist, I am passionate about working with individuals from all age groups who desire change in their lives. I believe everyone has strengths that should be validated and celebrated. My goal is to offer hope by actively listening to you and help you set goals that create action steps that move toward them.

I have experience utilizing the following therapeutic techniques: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, Mindfulness, Art Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to treat a wide array of life’s challenges. Regardless of what brings you to my office, know that I am here to support you in your journey in becoming the best version of yourself.

I have received a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Human Services from Old Dominion University. I have experience working in private practice offering mental health services to clients encountering anxiety, depression, grief, life transitioning, and an array of many others.
