About Jessica Metz
My role is to collaborate and help individuals, couples, and/or children to establish and achieve the goals that they want to make in their life. Positive changes can happen with a bit of knowledge and practice.
It is my pleasure to help you along this journey using interventions such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Mindfulness training. These approaches apply to anyone dealing with Anxiety, Depression, or other Mood disorders.
I work with most populations, including children ages eight and up, teens, young adults, and adults up to mid-50s. I have gained experience working with children struggling with ADHD and anxiety and teaching parents to implement techniques to help modify maladaptive behaviors.
