About Jessica Gross

As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I specialize in providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care for individuals across the lifespan — from children as young as six to older adults. My clinical focus includes the treatment of mood disorders, trauma, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, and chronic mental illness. I provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments, medication management, and brief therapeutic interventions tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.

At the heart of my practice is a deep belief in making people feel truly seen, heard, and understood. I take pride in being a thoughtful listener and creating a warm, stigma-free environment where healing and resilience can thrive. My goal is not just to treat symptoms — it’s to empower every patient to become the best version of themselves.

Before becoming a PMHNP, I earned my first degree in Biopsychology, where I developed a strong foundation in the neurobiological underpinnings of psychiatric conditions. I later pursued a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and worked as an ICU nurse during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. That experience deeply shaped my perspective — I witnessed the profound impact of mental illness, especially in times of collective crisis, which reaffirmed my decision to specialize in psychiatry.

I went on to complete my graduate training at Chamberlain University and became board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Today, I’m honored to serve as both a provider and an advocate — committed to mental health education, reducing stigma, and walking alongside my patients on their journey toward emotional wellness.

Whether you’re taking your first step into mental health care or continuing a lifelong journey, I’m here to support you with compassion, clinical expertise, and unwavering respect for your individual story.
