About Jennifer Winzenburg
Jennifer Winzenburg works with adults, couples, and teens navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, family conflict, and stress. She has a special interest in working with couples, blended families, co-parenting relationships, and teens facing anxiety, self-esteem concerns, and self-harm behaviors.
Jennifer’s approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and incorporates strengths-based, person-centered techniques. She believes in creating a supportive, collaborative environment where clients can build practical skills, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful change.
Before becoming a counselor, Jennifer spent more than 15 years in communications, television, and marketing, giving her a unique perspective on communication, relationships, and personal growth.
