About Jennifer Loaiza

Jennifer Loaiza is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor whose journey into the field was shaped by a deep commitment to advocacy, community care, and the healing power of connection. Before entering clinical practice, Jennifer spent over five years supporting nonprofit organizations in Southwest Florida, where she coordinated family programs, built partnerships, and helped amplify mental health awareness through grassroots efforts.

Her transition into counseling was a natural evolution, driven by a desire to not only support systems but to walk alongside individuals and families navigating life’s most difficult moments. Jennifer earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University and her bachelor’s in Psychology from Florida Gulf Coast University. She now brings both academic training and real-world experience to her work with clients.

Jennifer specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and post-traumatic stress disorder. She works with adolescents, couples, veterans, first responders, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community, offering a safe and affirming space for healing. Her approach is grounded in empathy, cultural humility, and evidence-based practices, including trauma-informed care and solution-focused therapy. For clients seeking faith-integrated support, she also offers Christian-based counseling.

Whether she’s helping a teenager navigate bullying, supporting a couple through relational challenges, or guiding a veteran through trauma recovery, Jennifer’s goal remains the same: to empower clients with the tools, insight, and support they need to thrive.

Jennifer is proud to be part of a growing movement to make mental health care more accessible, inclusive, and compassionate. For her, counseling isn’t just a profession, it’s a calling rooted in service, resilience, and hope.
