I am an empathic provider who is genuinely passionate about mental health. I specialize in the treatment of child, adolescent and adult psychiatric disorders. As your provider, I approach our interaction with compassion, active listening, and openness. My treatment approach is patient-centered, humanistic and holistic, while using the latest evidence-based guidelines. Treatment plans are individualized to your needs and I am always mindful of your efforts to also balance responsibilities at work, home and school in conjunction with treatment. I specialize in the evaluation and management of major psychiatric disorders including ADHD/ADD, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, panic disorder, mood disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, insomnia, post-traumatic disorder and other mental health conditions. In my personal time, I enjoy spending my time with family, traveling, going for walks and watching movies.
