Hi! My name is Isabella and I am an Associate Therapist at Elite DNA Behavioral Health, I am passionate about helping children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges while building hope, resilience, and confidence. My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where you can be yourself and feel safe exploring what matters most to you.

I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of South Florida and my Bachelor of Social Work from Florida Atlantic University. I take an eclectic, client-centered approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Solution-Focused Therapy. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing, so I tailor each session to meet your unique needs, strengths, and goals.

I enjoy working with clients experiencing relationship challenges, postpartum mental health concerns, trauma, and depression. Whether you’re navigating a difficult life transition, processing past experiences, working toward recovery, or simply looking for support, I am committed to helping you develop practical tools, discover your strengths, and move toward the life you want to create.

Becoming a therapist has always felt like my calling. From a young age, I knew I wanted to help others, especially those who have felt unheard or alone. It is an honor to walk alongside my clients as they discover their own resilience, find their voice, and create meaningful, lasting change.
