About Ida Metzger

My ability to easily build rapport with clients has enabled me to find what works best for them and meet them where they are. By using a wide range of therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT and MRT I strive to create a safe, caring, nonjudgmental environment working with adults, couples and adolescents. Some areas of specialization include, but are not limited to anger, depression, anxiety, conduct disorder, personality disorders and PTSD. The journey to wellness is very personal and at times challenging. It is my honor to take that journey with each client and help them to be the best version of themselves they can possibly be.
