I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner passionate about helping individuals feel supported, understood, and empowered in their mental health journey. I earned my Master’s degree from The University of Alabama at Birmingham and provide compassionate, individualized care through psychiatric evaluation, medication management, psychotherapy, and lifestyle-focused support.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, staying active, and being outdoors. I believe balance, connection, and healthy lifestyle habits play an important role in overall mental wellness.
