About Guerline E Antoine

My name is Guerline E Antoine. I began my academic journey at Miami Dade College and Jersey College, where I earned an associate degree in nursing. My passion for learning led me to pursue further studies, earning two bachelor’s degrees—one from Florida International University in Healthcare services administration and my BSN from South University.

With over a decade of experience in healthcare, I have been privileged to serve in various facilities, focusing primarily on mental health. My career began at Collier County jail, Florida State Mental Health Hospital and continued at Naples Community Hospital as a neuroscience registered nurse, followed by inpatient mental health Crisis Unit.

Working as a mental health nurse inspired me to further my education. I decided to pursue studies to become a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) at St. Thomas University, where I earned a master’s degree. I am deeply aware of the stigma surrounding mental health disorders and am passionate about educating others on this important issue. My goal is to develop personalized treatment plans that empower my patients to achieve their goals and reach their full potential. I am truly passionate about my role as a PMHNP, committed to making a positive impact on the lives of my patients every day.
