I use an integrative strengths based approach that will help clients recognize their strengths and encourages and empowers them towards making meaningful change in their lives.

My approach includes reflective questions that allow patients to explore and process emotions, with support provided throughout their journey.

I value providing a space that includes warmth and kindness while also offering challenges that support clients in meeting their needs.

When I’m not working, you can find me reading, writing, visiting a coffee shop, or running.
