I work primarily with adolescents and adults dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, self esteem and OCD. I utilize a cognitive behavioral approach with my clients and consider my style to be directive. I actively participate in the sessions in order to help my clients reach their therapy goals and improve their lives and relationships.
