Hi! My name is Gabby, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida with a master’s degree from Florida Gulf Coast University. My focus is providing a safe and empathetic environment where clients can express themselves and become empowered without any fear of judgment. I recognize each client and their experiences are unique, and I am dedicated to helping those in need and working together to create the best therapeutic experience. My therapeutic approach is integrative; I like to concentrate on what works best for each individual. I strive to use a combination of evidence-based practices, such as SFBT, CBT, and DBT.
