About Francine Binns

Francine believes that every person who walks through the door already carries the seeds of their own healing. Her approach weaves together strengths-based, solution-focused, and person-centered frameworks to help clients identify what is already working in their lives and intentionally build from there. She does not believe in a one-size-fits-all model. Instead, she takes the time to understand each client’s unique history, cultural background, and personal reality before collaboratively developing coping strategies that actually fit the life they are living. Francine also incorporates psychoeducation on how diet affects mood and brain health as part of a holistic approach to emotional wellbeing. Sessions with Francine feel less like being analyzed and more like being genuinely heard, supported, and equipped with tools that make sense for who you actually are. Her goal is never simply to reduce symptoms but to help clients reconnect with their own resilience and move toward a life that feels meaningful and sustainable on their own terms.
