I approach therapy from a relational and systemic perspective, meaning I look at how your relationships, family dynamics, culture, and life experiences shape who you are. I believe therapy is not a one size fits all. Every client is different, so I intentionally use different techniques and approaches based on your unique needs, personality, and goals. I draw from evidence based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy ( CBT), Trauma informed care, Person centered therapy, and family systems approaches to create a plan that truly fits you.
I work with individuals , couples, and families across different stages of life, from children and adolescents to adults and familes navigating major life transitions

My goal is to meet you where you are, whether you are navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, identity exploration, or life transitions and walk alongside you at a pace that feels safe and empowering.
