About Ester Buchnik
Ester Buchnik, is a Registered Marriage & Family Therapist Intern, a dedicated clinician specializing in relational trauma—including divorce, infidelity, and challenging parent–child dynamics. She is passionate about supporting individuals in healing emotional wounds, rebuilding trust, and creating relationships grounded in safety and connection.
With advanced training in EMDR, Hypnotherapy, and DBT, she brings an integrative, trauma-informed approach to her work. Her therapeutic style blends compassion, clarity, and depth, helping clients understand the emotional patterns and protective parts of themselves that often form in response to past relational injuries. Through this process, clients learn to regulate their nervous systems, communicate more effectively, and cultivate healthier responses to triggers and healing from childhood attachment trauma injuries.
Over the years, she has dedicated thousands of hours to helping clients transform their relational dynamics and alter unhealthy triggers. Deeply committed to each client’s growth and well-being, she strives to help clients move toward greater harmony, emotional safety, and authentic connection.
