About Emily Campbell
As an artist in my free time, I like to take a creative and multidisciplinary approach to therapy. Overall, my main goal is to help empower my clients to build their creative problem solving skills in order to nourish the strength within them to make their hopes, dreams, and goals a reality! Collaboration, communication, and compassion are also important factors I try to bring into every therapeutic relationship.
As a yogi and lover of meditation, I incorporate aspects of mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) into everything I do. But I also integrate other interventions, tools, and theories into my approach to fit the needs of my clients. While I have a passion for working with children, adolescents, and families, I am happy to work with all ages and populations.
