About Ellen Kordonowy

Welcome! I’m Ellen, a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern. My goal is to provide a warm, compassionate space to explore your experiences, deepen your self-awareness, and build practical skills that feel personal to you. My approach is collaborative, holistic, and inclusive, with a strong focus on your unique needs and strengths.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns. While growth can feel uncomfortable at times, those moments often create meaningful opportunities for change.  I aim to support you in feeling more grounded and connected to yourself.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time at the beach and being with my loved ones and puppy, Mango.
