Elizabeth Dosoretz is a licensed clinical social worker, mother of three, and the visionary Founder and CEO of Elite DNA Behavioral Health. Her journey to founding one of the fastest-growing mental health providers in Florida and Virginia began with a deeply personal experience: after battling postpartum depression, Elizabeth experienced firsthand how difficult it was to access care in her community. As a therapist, she knew things could—and should—be different. In 2011, she opened the doors to the first Elite DNA clinic with a mission to make high-quality mental health services accessible to all.
Under Elizabeth’s leadership, Elite DNA has grown from a single clinic to a multi-site behavioral health group, serving individuals and families with a wide range of mental health needs. Her unwavering commitment to compassionate care, clinical excellence, and operational innovation has shaped every aspect of the organization’s growth and culture.
The name “DNA” is a tribute to her greatest inspirations—her sons Dylan, Noah, and Asher—whose initials are woven into the fabric of the company’s mission to support and strengthen families.
In addition to leading the organization, Elizabeth remains deeply connected to the heart of her work: the clients. She continues to see individuals one-on-one, using solution-focused approaches) to help clients uncover their strengths, gain perspective, and create meaningful, lasting change. For Elizabeth, working with clients and their families is not just a part of her role—it’s a privilege.
Elizabeth has been recognized as one of the region’s top leaders and changemakers, earning honors such as Business Observer’s Top Entrepreneur, Hadassah’s Inspiring Women, and 40 Under 40 by Gulfshore Business. Elizabeth is a board member of Junior Achievement of Southwest Florida and the Center for Progress and Excellence, organizations that are deeply committed to providing support for individuals, children and families. Through it all, her purpose remains clear: to change lives by changing the way people access and experience mental health care.
