About Elizabeth Dosoretz
Elizabeth Dosoretz is a licensed clinical social worker, mother of three, and the visionary Founder and CEO of Elite DNA Behavioral Health. Her work as a clinician is deeply informed by a personal journey. After battling postpartum depression, she experienced firsthand the challenges of accessing quality mental health care. As a therapist, she knew things could and should be different. In 2011, she opened the first Elite DNA clinic with a mission to make high quality mental health services accessible to all.
In her clinical practice, Elizabeth uses solution focused approaches to help clients uncover their strengths, gain perspective, and create meaningful, lasting change. She remains dedicated to providing direct care, meeting with individuals one on one to guide them toward improved well-being and resilience. Her ability to connect with clients and their families reflects her belief that mental health care is both a professional responsibility and a personal privilege.
Under Elizabeth’s leadership, Elite DNA has grown from a single clinic to a multi site behavioral health group serving individuals and families with diverse mental health needs across Florida and Virginia. While she has overseen the organization’s expansion, her commitment to clinical excellence remains at the core of every decision, ensuring that growth never comes at the expense of compassionate, evidence based care.
The name “DNA” is a tribute to her greatest inspirations, her sons Dylan, Noah, and Asher, whose initials are woven into the company’s mission to support and strengthen families.
Elizabeth’s contributions to mental health have earned her recognition as one of the region’s top leaders and changemakers, including honors such as Business Observer’s Top Entrepreneur, Hadassah’s Inspiring Women, and Gulfshore Business’s 40 Under 40. She also serves on the boards of Junior Achievement of Southwest Florida and the Center for Progress and Excellence, furthering her commitment to supporting individuals, children, and families in the community. Through both her clinical work and her leadership, Elizabeth’s purpose remains clear: to change lives by changing the way people access and experience mental health care.
