About Elizabeth Berri
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a robust clinical foundation shaped by over a decade of experience in critical care medicine. This extensive background in high-acuity settings has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of complex medical and psychiatric conditions, allowing for a holistic, integrated approach to mental health care.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Nova Southeastern University and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of South Alabama, with a specialization in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing. I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree at Florida State University, where I am furthering my clinical expertise and enhancing my impact as a provider by contributing to evidence-based practice. I am a proud member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, an organization that recognizes excellence in scholarship, service, and professional standards.
My approach to care is rooted in compassion, empathy, and evidence-based practice. I strive to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel safe and supported through a collaborative and patient-centered model. With a strong emphasis on clinical excellence and advocacy, I am committed to promoting mental wellness and improving the quality of life for the individuals and communities I serve.
