About E. Britton Stevens
Reaching out for help, especially when we are struggling mentally or emotionally, is never easy. However, Elite DNA helps make this process as painless and easy as possible. I will provide a judgement-free, authentic, and validating environment. I recognize that medication is only one piece of a larger puzzle that includes a client’s physical health, meaningful connection with others, spirituality, and hobbies. We can work together as a team to help move you forward towards your goals and aspirations. I have a background in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) informed care, which assists with problem solving and strategies you can use today to get relief. Taking care of your mental health is not a luxury, it is a necessity.
Britton received her master’s degree in nursing (MSN) from Walden University and her bachelor’s in psychology and English literature (B.A.) from Smith College. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, reading, and different types of outdoor activities like hiking.
