About Diana Gonzalez
Diana hails from the Miami area and has been serving the Southwest Florida area for over 20 years. Diana’s roots began in banking. However, she quickly transitioned into healthcare. Diana has demonstrated success in the health care field as both an administrator and consultant for over 15 years.  In that time, she has worked in single and multi-specialty practices. Diana has a deep interest in helping organizations achieve their clients’ needs. Diana’s hands-on approach to the daily operations and her “people first” culture is at the core of her strength & passion. Her leadership style is to train, coach, and mentor personnel to focus on building customer trust, satisfaction, and retention.
Diana’s expertise is unmistakable in her multiple decades of proven management strategies for medical billing and collections, Human Resources, and operational leadership. In addition to her ability to oversee employees at multiple flourishing office locations, she is a guru at developing staff talent, marketing, and strategic planning.
Since her arrival to the United States from Nicaragua in 1988 with her family, she found a great interest in organizational management and professional growth thus deciding to pursue her educational training at Hodges University as a stepping-stone into her management endeavors. Some of her accolades include leadership recognition within the health care field through the Southwest Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, as well as nationally at the Association of Dermatology Administrators and Managers (ADAM). Diana also has served on the board of the local Healthcare Management Association, Southwest Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and is a certified DISC® Personality Consultant in association with Personality Insights, Inc.
Finally, as a John Maxwell certified Speaker, Coach, and Trainer, Diana has conducted numerous seminars, keynote speaking engagements, and coaching sessions, aiding her clients’ personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John’s proven leadership methods. Diana is an established leader in her field with a passion to help others stretch beyond their current situation to reach their full potential and live out their dreams. In her spare time, Diana, and her husband Eloy, enjoy traveling, as well as serve in various community endeavors
