Mental health is a vital part of overall wellness, and I am committed to helping patients experience meaningful, lasting improvement while feeling supported, informed, and respected throughout treatment. I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of healthcare experience. With four years practicing in primary and community care settings, and 10 years serving as a provider in the Air Force Reserve. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of West Florida in 2013, my Master of Science in Nursing from Troy University in 2021, and my Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Purdue Global University in 2025. I frequently treat individuals with women’s mental health conditions, perinatal and postpartum mental health, anxiety, ADHD, and stress-related conditions. I frequently work with teens, college students, adults, military members, LGBTQIA+ patients, and high-performing professionals, using a warm, collaborative, and solution-focused approach that integrates evidence-based medication management, whole-person care, lifestyle strategies, and patient education.
