About Dennis Leone

With more than 30 years of experience in adult psychiatry, Dr. Leone was trained in a biopsychosocial model recognizing that psychiatric disorders are impacted by multiple factors in one’s life. He has treated individuals in a variety of settings including a community hospital, county hospital, and private psychiatric hospital.

Born and raised in New Jersey, Dr. Leone was in private outpatient practice, combining therapy and medications for 26 years while also serving as medical director for two outpatient programs for the chronically mentally ill. With the move to Florida, Dr. Leone had the privilege of treating veterans in outpatient psychiatry for more than six years.
