About Debora Gutierrez

I work with people of all ages and believe that mental health therapy is for anyone seeking meaningful and lasting change in their lives. My approach is gentle, trauma-informed, and rooted in the belief that you know your story best. Together, we will explore and uncover the strengths and resources that already exist within you.
My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel empowered to learn and build practical tools, such as mindfulness techniques to help you stay present, and solution-focused strategies that draw on what’s already working for you. I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which means we’ll explore how your thoughts, feelings, and actions are interconnected.
Being bilingual in both English and Spanish, I am committed to serving the Spanish-speaking community. As a military spouse, I also understand the unique challenges military families face during times of transition and separation. I draw on my personal experiences to inform my work, allowing me to provide culturally responsive and compassionate care.
More than anything, I feel honored to walk alongside each person on their journey toward healing and growth.
