My name is Daysi Alberto. I have extensive knowledge of the principles and techniques of mental health counseling, and I have been working with adults and elder adults for more than 20 years — whether as a counselor, therapist, or director. I specialize in supporting people who experience anxiety and depression. I have worked in different areas of social services, including community agency work. My passion is to help others in their life journey and help them find their path through the struggles of life and adversity.
