A native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, David attended Temple University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in technology. He is a dedicated healthcare leader with more than three decades of experience in managing revenue cycle operations and driving system-wide improvements. David applies his deep expertise to ensure a stable and efficient revenue cycle while enhancing the overall patient experience.
